Come join me at the Isle of Sheppey Sailing Club for a wonderful and relaxing Sound Journey. Get comfortable and let the healing sounds from crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells and chimes flow and lead you into peace, calm and contentment for overall well-being.

We will have fun for our overall wellbeing by sharing songs, chants, and laughter. We will use many genres from ancient chants, original chants and songs from to folk and pop.
