Simmer Salts are a salt version of loose incense, infused with essential oils and dried botanicals.
Peace & Serenity Simmer Salts are a combination of essential oils, salts and dried botanicals designed to help promote peace and serenity. Use it to bring peace to a space or room or to aid sleep at night.
To use the simmer salts:
- Wax/Oil Burner – place a 2 teaspoons in the top of the burner and light the tea light below it. After a while the aroma will start to fill the room.
- Dry – For a more gentle aroma, place 2 teaspoons of the salts in a small dish and leave in a room.
- In A Spray – Place 2 teaspoons of the salts in a small spray bottle and top up with water. Shake the bottle until the salts have dissolved and spray. Use the spray in a similar way to the aroma sprays to energise and freshen a room.
